Default Escos hunting and cutting out when coming to a stop at junctions

Good afternoon guys, I currently have an issue with my escos and it's driving me nuts.

When I'm coming to a junction or stopping the revs start hunting and more often than not the car cuts out. If it doesn't cut out the hunting evens it's self out after maybe 3-4 seconds and idles fine.
It's fine on start up and idles as it should.

What do you recon the fault is, I'm guessing iscv but it's almost like what ever is controlling that is causing the idle valve to do it.

All help and advice appreciated as I don't want to be buying parts if they are not needed.

For info it's a small turbo converted to big turbo running stage 3 bits.
