I have this problem with my escort where oil keeps coming through my dump valve. I also seem to be using a stupid amount of oil on a normal run around town.

Is this a breather problem that would be solved by an oil breather/seperator pot??

 

It would certainly help mate, but the big problem you have is that oil is going in the metering unit.. press the flap down and see.........

 

If it is going through the metering unit how can I stop it, or will the breather stop it??

 

Is your oil too thin?
