Having problems with misfiring (intermittant) on my mondeo 2.0si (1994)
The car sometimes runs fine but most of the time splutters on acceration. I've just put new plug leads on the car and the problem, although slightly better is still there

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it could be?

Also, i've only bought the car a few days ago and on test drive it was fine but the engine appears to have been possibly steam cleaned but as i've done approx 200 miles since would think any excess water would have evaporated

Any help greatly appreciated
