Now I'm running with t34.63 about 400bhp. SPECS: STD CR, fresh engine, Wiseco pistons with cutovers, WRC hg+std bolts, little ported head, std cams etc.
But thinking to increase bhp. Not sure about turbo choise - GTX3071, GTX 3076 or GT3076.
I think head throughput will be the power limiter, so GTX3076 I think will not work as it can. I want to get 500bhp. What do you think is it possible with my specs and GTX3071 or GT3076? I think also need to replace inlet cam to BD14. But not sure what to do with inlet manifold - is the spacer will be enough?
PS MSD chip will be used "from shelf".
Any ideas please?

 

bd14 inlet cam, 10mm inlet spacer, ported head, gt3076 and lots of boost should do it

 

If you want 100% 500hp then I would recomend a GT3076, But I would use a GTX3071 and hope you get to 500hp,
I will have a GTX3071 running on a YB in the next 2 to 3 weeks so will see how it goes.

This is not on a standard head is it ?

 

No its on a ported head but if it goes over 530hp theres a good chance you will get very close to 500hp on a stock head,
Best I have seen on a stock head and a GT3071 is 486hp.

A 2wd exhaust manifold and a AET turbo GTX3071 with a Internal gate.

Are you shure that you will be able to control boost normally with internal gate at this turbo?

 

I have been using them for about 8years so yes I can control the boost.
