I have a 2006 transit (current shape) which has running problems when the engine is warm, when your in driving and put the engine under load it surges quite badly won't go above 50mph weather I'm in 4th or 5th gear, I've got no engine warning lights on either, has anyone any ideas what's wrong??? Any advice would be much appreciated thanx

 

theres a thing that cloggs up with shite

i had that done on my old 57 plate, costs good money but easily cleaned to get it back to good
we had ours dont on warrenty but the old ones get cleaned out and reused most of the time

ill remember what it ws in a bit

i was gonna do mine but as it was under warrenty they just did it
and i got an unmarked van for my week off

I've replaced the egr valve and the van still runs exactly the same, has anyone got any other ideas? Same as before any info/ideas are much appreciated thanx
