Need to sort out the passenger side window it will go up using the passenger buttons but nothing from the drivers side up/down,taken door trim off and unplugged the motor turned the plug around and it goes down but not up!any ideas, once this is sorted the inside is done.

also the drivers side was slow so i undone the small grub screw on the end of the motor and it is much better.

 

Faulty switches by the sounds of it, by turning the plug around you are reversing the polarity which is what makes the window go the opposite way.

Grease all the runners aswell as they get rusty and stiff.
New switch id say!
