Default zetec idle issue

been given a 98 1.6 zetec escort with 67000 on the clock ..... the car starts perfect & idles a very slightly lumpy after you give it a rev the revs to point of stalling some times the revs pick back up but most of the time it dont
took the plugs out that are only 2-3K old & there black sooty but dry...... while running i unplug the air flow meter & there is very slight rev change also unpluged the air sensor half way up the inlet pipe with no change & unplugged the lamda sensor with no change to the revs, there seems to be fluid dripping from the exhaust the car wasnt used for about 5 months then used for 3 months then parked on my drive for 2 weeks might be condensation?

any ideas as this will be for er in doors so im getting an ear full to get it fixed
