Hi ill keep it short
I have a mk1 focus.
I have mk2 st170 leather.
The mk2 seat loom doesn't go with hw mk1 car loom.
If i replace the tensioners with mk1 ones will this make my air bag light go.out as the only reason it is flashing is the seats are not plugged in.
I know i would need to snip the wire from the air bag in the leather by that doesnt bother me as my ccar didn't have air bags in tge seat previously.
If this is posssible, would I have to disconnect the battery as iI have never changed pretensioners before. Would thwy go off like a air bag if iI just plugged them in.
anyone done this or knows about it would be doing me a huge favour by rwplying
