Sierra running twin 40's not running right

2ltr pinto sierra
just got
new plugs an leads
oil + filter
fuel filter
waterpump an thermostat
next day got twin 40's setup
now after a few days the car wont kick, it turns over
then battery dies after continueing tryin to start
any ideas?

few things is your battery strong enough you may have flooded her clean plugs are you running fuel pump or fuel regulator make sure psi is right pull fuel pipe off regulator key her over make sure petrols getting up there if carbs are second hand make sure diaphrams are ok had trouble starting my pinto after a week cleaned plugs used a jump starter eventually she started hope this helps good luck mate

had her on jump leads just turned over
plugs are dry, tried again there now
think i've both pump + regulator ( to put fuel back to tank )
carbs are 2nd hand but were checked over an all seemed grand

dont know to much did you key her over to with fuel pipe off to make sure petrol is getting to carbs after keying her over for a while plugs should get wet make sure fuel pump is ok also check you have good spark and a good earth is it turning over quick enough

took plugs out, all sparking
checked all connections all petrol getting through
sprayed easy start into the trumpets a she fired up
then a rally man called an noticed my 4th trumpet when blocked with your hand petrol run out
says its doing feck all
so i may get a repair kit or something or anyone no wats needed to free up the last trumpet/carb

not one to piss on your fire last time that happened to me a lobe on cam was fucked whip rocker off and check if you got carbs off wouldn't your rally man strip it and sort it for you
