T6 Wiring Help
Hi, I have a pinout from the ecu to a 16pin multi plug that would of connected to the dash/car loom, Any help with a crude or simple wiring diagam would be much appreciate
ECU-----------16pin Plug
28----------- 1 crank signal
45------------2 secondary fan
5------------4 T.P.S
49------------5 8 cly tacho
19------------6 n/a
7-------Temp Gauge
1-------------8
40------------ 9 analogue ground
20------------10 ALS switch
8------------11 cal 2
50------------12 iss
33------------13 shift lamp
21------------14 primary fan
24------------15 n/a
44------------16 gear cut

Thanks Ian for the diagram, Does the grounded sw`s need a common earth or perhaps use the analogue earth back to the ecu? Excuse my ignorance but there`s some extra bits and bobs on this setup that i did`t know about i.e Cal2 is this a different engine map? Gearcut so i`ll need some kind of micro sw fitted but where? and this will enable what exactly, ISS(intercooler spray?) does this spray on to the outside or is it water injection? Is there any need for two cooling fan outputs? and finally auxillary tps output? Shift lights handy as i was going to purchase a Stack one. Thanks again for the help
For the switches I'd use the analogue earth..
Cal 2 is to enable a second map, we have one for carless one for s/u
Gearcut - for flatshift on a sequential box, various ways of activating, still the best is a spring loaded gearlever which incorporates a microswitch, you can of course use a load cell... neil from geartronics sells something along the lines you would need if your going flatshift...

ISS is inter cooler spray system, used as an addition to Wat Inj, the ISS runs onto a spray bar mounted above and in front of the Intercooler...pic below:-

Group A esc ran two fans, conventional WRC in the UK ran 1 rad fan, I only use one rad fan output...
TPS we use on the WRC car for interaction with the diff controller, to enable the diff controller to know when you are off throttle...
