Default 4x4 to RWD

I've searched and searched but keep getting mixed answer and stuff, so, can someone give me a simple answer.........

I am converting my 4x4 to RWD, i am keeping the front end 4x4, just using the out part of the shafts in the hubs and using a 2wd sumps, i have a t5 box to go in.......
No, i guess i need 2wd prop, and diff and shafts, but by the looks 2wd shafts dont fit into 4x4 hubs, and i have also read that the 7.5" diff wont fit into the 4x4 beam, but as far as i knew, all the rear beams where the same?!

Basically, what do i need to do with the back end?!
