As much as I love my car, the only thing I miss from my last two cars is my heated front windscreen.

I've thought about changing cars but the fact that this one is already paid for and I don't have any loans makes me think I don't want to spend loads more money on another car.

Not only that, like I said, I love everything about my car from the colour, wheels, look , performance etc.

What I want to know is if it's possible to change the windscreen to a heated one.

Apart from the screen itself and dashboard switch, what other wiring, fuses, relays etc is needed?

Are the places available that do it for you?

yes you can change to a heated screen..you will just need to get it wired up. would be loads easier if the manufacturer put a heated screen in the same model cars as yours as the bits would be easier and cheaper to source as well as fitting

 

I miss the heated windscreen and I was wondering if I could have one fitted too as my car is a diesel and it takes much longer for the engine to warm up than petrol.

I would like to know if you could get Autoglass to change the windscreen on insurance, then get ford to connect it up?

 

You will need the screen and possibly the loom, if it isn't there already.
