can anyone tell me why i can not use my usb stick in my 2010 focus rs when i plug it in it light up but it stops greyed out

I presume the purpose is to allow MP3's to be played? If so are they saved in the correct format and no other data on the memory stick?

yes mate i want to play mp3 this is the first time i have tried to do it
