Exclamation '52 Plate Fiesta 1.4 TDCI won't start! Help

Hi there,

I'm having problems with a fiesta tdci. I won't start. I was shut down one down day then never restarted. No dtc's are coming up. It has perfect fuel pressure at cranking. It will crank for approx 3 seconds at which point fp reaches 1600 bar and the car stops cranking. I have scoped the cam, crank, and throttle signals they are all correct. I have all signals at the ecu terminals, but i have no ijection output from the ecu. No immobliser lights are on and all keys are correct. I have heard there is an issue with the rolling code in the pcm, which i have had reset and re paired with the HEC and still no injection pulse.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your time

Normal pressure when cranking on diesels is around 250 - 300 bar.
1600 bar is overdoing it a little bit.

I know... at cranking it has 300 instantly, as the injectors aren't pulsed it has no where to go. 1600 bar is the point of safety where the pcm says fuel rail overpressure if the car is running, if its cranking then it cuts the starter to stop the pressure build.

I forgot to mention...

If you crank the car, the engine turns over for approx 2-3 seconds, then stops. Key off, then on and you can re-crank again for 2-3 secs like before... If you do this maybe 10+ times the engine will the spin over as long as you want it to, but with minimal fuel pressure. When it does this longer cranking its bringing up a cam sensor fault. But the sensors are working , as said previously i have scoped them. And it won't bring up this fault be just cranking for 2-3 secs. Very confused!

Any idea?
