If it's not the air leak we have already discussed then the valve will be raising the speed? I seem to remember you have already tried cleaning it? Sometimes letting them soak in some detergent, i.e. petrol etc for 24 hours can do the trick, as the problem is with them they stick. Otherwise there are plenty around.

Im going to cheak again for air leak and get a new iscv no point getting secound hand one because it cud do the same but iv got to have my engine cheak because sum one said there is oil in the top of spark plugs but it cud of bin when iv filled it up but it does seem to b lacking power so im going to take spark plugs out and clean them and see if it happens again dnt want it to b head gasket because thats loads if money to have done
Won't be head gasket, this would have totally different symptoms!
If there is oil down the plug bores then you would have to of spilt LOADS of oil for that to happen! No point in cleaning plugs, easier and cheap enough to buy new, in fact far better to buy a complete service kit, and do your service at the same time! Plus this won't cause the hunting, they do suffer from misfires and the culprit will be the coil pack, assuming the rest of the ignition system is in good condition.
