Have you looked in the owners handbook?

Some cars can be a complete nightmare! A Corsa being a prime example (So I have heard, I woulden't own one!)

Look behind the actual headlight unit, if you see any like spring clips then at least you know you don't have to remove body parts etc. This is the conventional Ford method, you then remove the panel and change the bulb behind, this sounds easier than what it is as access can still be tight by my experience on modern Fords!

This is the MK2 Ka based on the fiat 500 not the original.

The later MK1 Ka's had a panel on the wheel arch liner that could be removed to acess the headlight, you could check for this.

Alternatively go to a ford garage and ask them but dont get them to do it

If you are still stuck in a couple of days i can check out my parents Mk2 and see if i can work it out.

Yes there is a panel, will look tomorrow but think there are clips behind which need removing, plus there's two screws on top of headlight unit, got a early ka 2.1 zetec area six wrc spec engine straight cut box, these indicator bulbs are on the side of headlight so access is easy, new ka are on the back of light so not so straight forward it would appear, thanks to all the replies.
