2011 New Focus 1600 Diesel Titanium
The stop start will not work while the air con is on. Been trying it for 4 months now, I am hopeless.
Any ideas before I go to the Ford mains. Thank you.

This behavior may be the way it is designed. If the airco compressor is driven by the engine with a belt, switching off the engine will also switch off the airco.
