Hello chaps the missus zetec s alarm goes of randomly think it may be bonnet switch related because got audio warning and info screen telling me the bonnet was open when it was shut tight ,told dealer when it was gettin serviced he gave the missus the usual bull fobbed her off ,is this a warranty job ? any help on this much obliged cheers chaps

Hi Roy. Yeh there have been a few bonnet latches causing problems with the alarm going off on the mk 7s so id take it back and get it sorted. There is also a fault on the steering wheel that causes the horn to sound on its own to. Ford Tech and sorted out a few of both the faults mentioned above.

Cheers mate thought a wasnt alone with the problem,think a will try another dealer ours is pants, once they sell you the car there aftersales leaves a bit to be desired lol
