Default is it easy to fit a puma engine ina mk5 fiesta zs?

after all ive decided to go down this route.

Ive asked about if the people i know can do it.But some are busy some want way to much.

Ive got the whole puma car but obviously want the engine for the fiesta.

Ive decided i cant be bothered to wait any longer and i think im going to do it myself (disaster waiting to happen lol)

Has anyone got the wiring diagrams for it.

And is it as straight foward as they say?

Need lots of info on this lol

Cheers

Hi.

It's a tough question to answer...yes it's easy if your good with your tools! Lol.

In all seriousness, I completed my 1st puma/fiesta conversion in about 5 hours.

The wiring is plug and play

I've noticed your a long way away from me (I'm in Essex) which is a shame as I do the conversions for £150 labour!!

If you need any help just ask,

Matt

Yeah proper shame lol i wont pay no more than 150 quid to me it looks straight forward ive pulled all the carpet up in the puma dash out can see the ecu and looks forward enough. On yours how did you get past the immobilizer?

All the wiring inside the car stays the same.. The puma ecu has pats internally- same as fiesta. So you need to remove the pats chip from the puma key and fit it into your fiesta key. Now the blade will fit your barrel, and the immob chip will match the ecu.

Thats what i was going to do but i dont have master key for puma just the fob key.

In the engine bay theres a fuse box i heard that you have to move a fuse and put it else were in the fuse board to get the temp gauge working is this true?

Thanks for your help.
