Default 2WD Head Port

Can anyone give me an "as detailed and as technical as possible" of how much and where to port the 2WD head to allow 400 to 500 HP?

I need to pass the instructions to the local engineering workshop to carry out the works.

Thanks!

The problem mate is that I live in Singapore! I guess I may have to order a head from UK then... Do you know how much is a head port over there? Thanks!

Funny thang is 99% of the people on the road don't recognize the Cossie. Think its a bloody Hyundai Elantra or summat... People tend not to give way cos they think its a slow car, boost it a little and enjoy the look on their faces... Love giving those racer boy EVOs, REXs, TYPE erroRs a rude shock...

Yeah... Most people over here play with the Jap cars... So a Ford tuner is non-existent...

Anybody knows what does "Port 26mm Inlet and 25mm exhaust"? The valve openings or the manifolds?

Valve sizes generally stay the same.

hi - i'm currently wondering the same - what gets ported exactly?. i did get told that the inlet ports need to be opened up to 24mm diameter and that 'not much was required for the exhaust'
