If they fit over the brakes yes. It's possible that your wheel nuts might not be compatible though.

 

As above they will fit, being both 4 x 108, but there are two types of wheel nuts, those with collars and those without, the ones without being a smaller head but a lot of ford alloys were secured with non collar "steel" wheel nuts as well, just check size of hole where wheel stud goes through.
