Default Alcon clutch

Ive had this fitted for about 3 months done 450 miles now it has started juddering & the car is stalling when i pull away, has anybody had the same issues with an alcon

Is it a paddle clutch mate , if so 4 or 6 paddle ?

They are as I found incredibly touchy when new, the height difference in the clutch pedal between starting to bite and fully bit is so small,(try it with a much lighter flywheel like I use even better!!) but it does get better, well mine is, there's defo a knack to getting it right that's for sure.

I have now used the 6paddle Alcon setup for 2 years and just over 10K km and I find it fine and will replace it with the same when that time comes !

....only down side is that I find that I have to put on a little more rpm when starting, and occasionally there is just a little "judder" at that point .. other than that I find it fine .. no slip as on the uprated AP organic one I had before
