ok this could be nothing or it could be the start of a major arse ache.

noticed the other night on my way home that when i plant the throttle in 4th or 5th i'm getting quite a bit of smoke out the back, only seems to do it as it's coming on boost though and clears once higher up the rev range. this make sense to anyone?

it's not using a massive amount of oil, about 3/4 of a litre to 7-800 miles which i'm told by some mates is normal on a cossie if it's given some therapy although it does give out a little blue cloud when coming to a standstill after a hard run (i'm thinking possible turbo? )

it seems to run sweet as, just wondering if i need to start selling organs to save up for a rebuild somtime soon

i would say its the turbo starting to let go. i would get it check as soon as poss as we all no the problems you can have after a turbo goes on one of these cars.

any tips on what i can check and look for etc?if i take the intake pipe off will there be signs of oil etc if this is the problem?
