Probably a stupid question but when bleeding all four corners following fitment of new rear wheel brake cylinders & shoes I assume that I should have the handbrake off?
Thanks
Thanks
as above and as for the shoe adjustment it involves adjusting the self adjusters a few times as in trial fitting adjusting and removal , time consuming but the result is worth it , keep going till the hubs are a snug fit with a little drag on them when turning, just going to re-do mine so good luck and before you start , buy the new springs and cups that hold the shoes on to the backplate not expensive and you'll understand why whilst removing the old ones good luck

ALWAYS start furthest from the master cylinder - ie o/s/r, n/s/r, then o/s/f then n/s/f.
In my experience of doing all things car related over 30+ years I have yet to find much difference starting one place than the other, I do the nearest one to me, then the next nearest so it saves walking!!
