as above and as for the shoe adjustment it involves adjusting the self adjusters a few times as in trial fitting adjusting and removal , time consuming but the result is worth it , keep going till the hubs are a snug fit with a little drag on them when turning, just going to re-do mine so good luck and before you start , buy the new springs and cups that hold the shoes on to the backplate not expensive and you'll understand why whilst removing the old ones good luck
