Default rst s2 pulling back popping exhaust louder ectect

Hi
got a issue with this again last week gave it some beans then parked up, started her again a few hours later and it felt like a lumpy tickover , Then it was like a sack of shit running. Boosted up and the exhaust sounded really throaty like id taken the airfilter off then bang bang
seems to do it more so if i hold the boost at say 3-400 revs and above , Once its well reved up in the range it boosts uo to 15psi which it is set but seems to take longer to get there but does boost full.
If i keep it held at high revs 5ish the car cut out till i dethrottle then goes again.
Took her home and undone all boost pipes, checked turbo, airfilter off ect ect , Nowt found so put it back together and it went again.
today i gave it some beans and its back again.
Pre to this i have removed the cold start and it starts and ran 99% better on start and went well but its only after spankage its playing silly buggers.

makes alot more of a induction , exhaust noise when this is happening and runs like a sack of shit
its running 2 stage boost cam , big exhaust , t3 ect ect
im stuck
i have got a themo sensor on the way as ive read these can cause merry hell with rich/lean when they fuck up
its the intimitency of it all and only after ive gave it beans then started it again it seems to happen
