Does any one have access to the ROM stored on a standard ECU from a Car that ran a 2 litre Blacktop ZETEC either Mondeo or Focus.

I'm specifically interested in the spark table. I'm running megasquirt and hit a few problems so i want to compare to a standard table if anybody would be so kind

Are u running tps or map? And what issues have you found with the spark table?
I run ms1 v3 with a 2.0 blacktop supercharged engine.

i'm running TPS, it's not so much problems just i want to try and check my timing map as i don't know if it's too much or too little to be honest

 

The best place I found for advise was on kitcar forums. They love ms and zetecs!! If u post a pic of ur ms spark table, I'll compare it to mine.

That table shows that your running map..not tps?? Ur table is similar to mine, I start to advance timing to 18/19s at around 2k instead of 2.6k but definitely similar.

Thanks Matt, It's definitely TPS, the column says CalcMap rather than just MAP as i'm running Alpha N

 

Ahhh that makes sense. I've just checked mine and it says the same.

Thinking back to previous mapping I've done, a company called DreamScience have the ability to read and edit ford ecus.
