Great news, you don't! Apparently there are a couple of pins which need swapping where they fit into the Fiesta ECU and it runs fine

 

As long as you use the OFAC management then it is an easy swap , all you need is the ecu and map sensor and then swap a couple of wires and it is done , if you go OFAB it can be a bit worse but can still be done
