Default what poundage springs????

Im after advice on what poundage springs i need for coilovers?

Car is 3door sieera cosworth, will be running in region of 400/450 bhp and as a fast road car, im buy gaz coilovers new, but need advice on spring poundage as ive no idea

Any help will be appreciated

Forgot to say standard rates woodford garage say is 300 front 200 rear

I'm on AVO coilys, and use 300lb 9" front and 200lb 12" rear, though I feel the rear is a touch too soft tbh, I would maybe phone GAZ and ask them, as I've no idea how they are directly compared with AVO.

I've got gaz golds on the saph and love them,350lb front and 180lb rears.

Thanks for getting back to me Tabetha and KSA cossie.. So KSA is 180lb on rear enough to stop tyres scrubbing arches when booting it and rear end squats? Mine catch now with konis on

Mine certainly dont mate,I run 8x18 et35 old style mo's,215/35/18 and have 6 degree rear beam

I have same wheels as you only 17s with 215/40/17 offset et 35 as well so they should be fine then?
