Default 1.8 Zetec tuning
What sort of gains can you get from the basic upgrades I.e, uprated air filter, full exhaust, remap and maybe cams?

Also, is it much hassle to put one in a mk3 1.3 Escort?

there is no replacement for displacement. Might as well go for a 2.0l silvertop.

I'm not ankering after huge power, its going to be track focussed so I'll be concentrating more on stopping & handling, I picked the 1.8 as I wouldn't need to change the sump/flywheel etc etc.
