Default cam timing help?

i have a triumph t140V and i am rebuilding it.
problem is, i know how to time one standard but i have a race cam.
how would i go about timing it? or would i?

how you time it standard

wots the main difference lift ,timing ,duration ? looks like the rear lobe set times different ?

I have just found a couple of pages with information about the cams , trouble is they seem to be very cam dependent as they are on cars , you really need to know exactly what race cam you have , is there any numbers on it , then you might find to check it you need 2 dti gauges and check to specification .
