I've got a 51 plate fiesta 1.3

i've got 3 main dails, a fuel gauge, speedo and a kinda picture of a car which doesnt do anything.

is it just a blank this picture of a car? or is it supposed to do something?

If your car is one of the lower spec cars it will be a blanking plate I'm sure, for something that is fitted there on higher end versions, have a look on the net most likely by the sounds of it and you're not mentioning it is the rev counter that would normally go there, I assume your car doesn't have one ?
If you have the ford handbook that came with the car it will show you in there.
