Default Propshaft UJs

Hi, I have a problem with my Sierra prop. It's a 2WD DOHC one, but the rear UJ has a 'notch' or tight spot in its movement in one direction. Is it possible to rebuild these or is a specialist job?

Easy diy, don't know about cost of joint though, specialist may not charge too much, and balance can be checked at same time.

i had a problem with one on my old rwd transit, took the prop off and soaked the joint in a bucket of oil (i think it was gearbox oil) for a few hours and it was fine for 20k+ till i sold the van.
