Hi all.

I've had my 2.0 blacktop running n/a in my mk4 fiesta for a couple of months now so I'm ready to push on and get the supercharger fitted.

It's running on megasquirt, and I have water Inj to be fitted when the s/c goes on.

Question, I planned to use Nissan 200sx injectors, and the reading I've done says to use the zetec o-rings. However when I tried it they split when pushing the injectors into the zetec rail. Anyone had a similar problem or are we thinking slightly perished o-rings?

Did you oil the injector seals ?, if you sprayed WD40 on them this will cause them to dry out and not go in, a little oil and they will simply fall in nearly!!

In the heat of the moment with no oil to hand I went for a bit of good old saliva! Haha. Will try new seals and soak in oil first.

The engine has some in it, get some of the dipstick.
