the bulbs holder are there and all the wire but when i put the bulbs in to them they don`t work there is no power in the holder it is like ford put them but forgot to connect them to the power and to a earth

 

Are you using LED bulbs?

Are you sure someone hasen't tried to add them, I am pretty sure it would only be the Ghia /Ghia X models that would have them fitted.

If you have no power then thats clearly your problem, the lighting is controlled by the GEM I should think in the same way the interior light is so it's permanent live and the GEM switches the earth when the door swiches are closed and possibly when the interior light is switched on, I presume this works ok?

I think most, if not all models have the wiring. I have a 2.0 ESP and that has it.
