Default Wont start after rebuild

Just finished the rebuild on my s2 rs turbo and it wont start.....first of all it was only firing on one cylinder then after an hour we got it firing on 4 BUT was not starting, we fiddled around with the connectors on the back of the inlet and played around with a few different sets of ht leads and in different orders im now getting fuel through getting a spark oil pressure has just about come up.

We then tried starting the car and it started but was only coughing and spluttering, then it would just cut out.

Any suggestions??

Without being funny, tried different HT leads in different orders, are you sure you are capable ?
It's only ever going to respond to the 1 correct firing order, which is very easy to determine, line up crank at TDC, take dizzy cap off, then start at 1st lead/cylinder, order is 1/3/4/2, dizzy runs counter clockwise(99% sure)(check), no1 cyl nearest water pump.
I'm not 100% familiar with the cvh, but can the dizzy go in 180 out, in the end of the cam ?, that could be worth checking if it can, ie it's not keyed to one way or another, easy thing to do as well, done it plenty of times myself ha ha!!

Reason I tried different ht leads and different orders is because I forgot were they were when I took them off I finally found out the order and put them in the correct place!

And it's all at tdc 1 already!
