Hi has anyone tried to fit remote central locking onto a 1989 S2 RS Turbo, well actually a 1989 XR3i cab shell but all other wiring seems to be the same as RST. It has central locking at the moment but has had all the doors flushed by previous owner. Hence need to fit remote central locking to at least secure my car. Im not concerned about having an alarm.

 

have done it with sparkrite alarm and central locking relay not hard wire alarm and relay seem to remember wiring by the passenger foot well yellow wire white wire one locks one unlocks cant remember which tho

 

You can get remote CL kits for around £30, would be simplest option, not sure about it working the ford locks, but could always add the locks that come with the kit.
