anyone know how to time the cams up as there run on a chain thanks much help need its on a 07 plate

 

Thought they all lock up. Holethrough block into flywheel and hole through cam pulley into head. Use Allen key on the bottom end to lock it up. Hole is either at 11 or 2 o'clock in the block, under st/motor from what I remember. Hope this helps.
