Advice or guide needed for zvh build
Alright all im currently looking to do a zvh conversion for my mk xr2i i already have a 2 litre mondeo blacktop engine a 1.8 16v xr2i engine and the 1.6 cvh engine plus gearboxes for all of them if anyone can give me some advice or knows of a guide to what i need to do it would be much appreciated cheers rich

there is loads of guides on the net just google ZVH, read a couple as iv found loads that say diffrent things . you running N/A or boosted?
1 thing i would say is make use you get the right head gasket as i got one that said it would work and it over lapped the bores!

cheers for that mate its just gunna be n/a for now as i presume the zvh wont look much different to the cvh as far as insurance companies are concerned so where as a turbo will slightly give the game away lol

i have found out a bit more about doing the zvh using a black top mondeo engine and am a bit confussed as to weather or not i can use the silvertop sump and oil pump as some people say yes some say no has anyone any ideas also what gearbox choices do i have with this seeing as it is rear mounted starter motor cheers in advance
