Default C20XE pistons onto mondeo rods

just picked up my C20XE pistons for my 2.1 zvh conversion but as i read the little end and pistons need some work so they fit each other

my local engineering company is asking for measurements of what size the rods need machining out to and what has to be done to the piston.

any help would be much appreciated a lot

i have searched the net but no definate answers so hope you guys can help me

Thanks

I'm not being funny, but if you give them these bits, the rods and pistons, it should be immediately obvious what needs doing and the best way of doing it to any half decent machinist, I'd be going elsewhere, unless they needed the length/stroke altering.

They said it's gonna cost around 200 250 to get the pistons to fit so took the pistons home and got the belt sander out to open up the gap in the piston to fit the rod little end

I can't horne out the little ends though so gonna have to leave that to them.

Just seemed a little expensive to me.
