Default help please!!!!!!!fan and heater!

hi there experts!yesterday morning i used my car and the heater and fan is working. after that i went home and rest, then on the afternoon when iwas going to my work i dont have a fan and heater, what do you think is the problem, im here in edmonton canada and its freezing cold right now thats why heater is very important. thank you all!

what vehicle? most common cause for many a vehicle is the heater risistor

If it does not work on any setting I would suspect a power/motor problem, start by checking fuse etc. If it works on the top setting then suspect resistor pack, I am assuming a Ford here!

your right martysmartie. its a ford focus. i dont know where is the fuse and resistor pack, i am a rookie on this matter.thank you mister martin for your reply.

Fuse 64 (30A) in the engine compartment is the fuse (MK1). You need to determine if it works on any speed at all, if it works on Pos 4 then it will be the resistor pack, if you have nothing at all suspect a power/motor problem.

i tried to put on the fuse for abs thats also 30 A but it still doesnt work, maybe its not the fuse, i dont know, waaaaaaaaaaaaaa!thanks guys for helping.

guys its a ford focus 2000 model, i tried to put on a working fuse on fuse 64 and its still doesnt work, i dont know, how about a resistor,i dont know what to do with that.help please!!!!!!!!!

martin your really good on this matter,yes its the switch, i already hire an technician on this matter and its the switch, they said its freezes, they charge me 179 canadian dollars, but thats alright, thanks once again, your a nice guy,thank you. can i add you as a friend in here?
