Default dead turbo

Hi Folks
Just wondering if anyone can help. I have a 1988 RS Turbo been running put it in garage and now wont start, no lights on dash had a friend look at it with probe, plenty of power in battery but when we tested fuse box two centre rows are getting no power. Can anyone help please or know a motor sparky in the glenrothes/kirkcaldy area.

cheers turbodod

check the small wires that go to the live on the batt from the fuse box, 2 i think, i had exactly this and it turned out to be one of these wires, looked good to naked eye so give them a wiggle
