Standard one will run that power and will still be nice to use

depends on the torque developed TBH and if its a real 180-190Bhp
A standard clutch will run the power ok.. especially if you arent generating masses of torque.
Otherwise the BEST clutch for you aplication would have to be an AP organic clutch.. they aint cheap tho.

a standard clutch will run up to 180bhp but after that you looking to get a uprated clutch

I was running 220bhp through an AP paddle friction plate with a standard ford cover plate. Seem to handle the power ok and still had a nice pedal feel. When i rebuilt my engine i put a complete AP Organic in and the Mk 5 adjustable pedal/ratchet (see AP web site), again this ok but heavier to press the clutch pedal down.
