Default Fog lights not working!

Hi, after trying my front fogs this morn i found they don not actually work, the switch lights up and the fuse is ok, bit odd if both bulbs are gone, could it be the switch itself? Due to a glass back I haven't got round to laying on floor trying to get into fog's!!

As above, what car?

IF MK5/6 Escort, I would say to check whether the sidelights, dash lights and door buzzer work as the light switches are known to break down.

Check the bulbs first, they can fail within a short space of time if they are from the same batch - I had both brake lights fail within a week once. Just take them out and take a look
