4x100 is
Vauxhall
Renault
VW
etc

It is possible to re stud your hubs if you want them that badly to vaux pcd.

Hub flanges off, mark out new pcd, drill away.
For the money I'd pay to have it done in a lathe, so the hub can be spun to mark out the scribe line for the new pcd, then mark as what you want pcd wise and drill, spinning in the lathe to ascertain the precise line will ensure 100% concentricity.
