Hi all,
My Orion turbo has never had a working fuel gauge it reads empty when full and 1/2 tank when empty!
I have Orion EFi wiring with an MFI tank and pump, i have played with the wiring more times than i car to imagine and have tried new clocks. The only thing i havent tried is the sender.

What do you rekon?

Should think it's a sender problem, it's basically reading in reverse (I.E Wrong polarity) and not right as it's showing a wrong reading on a full tank.

Earth the sender wire as a test, the gauge should then read full, if so then it confirms it to be the sender.

Ah Martin you Gentleman, thank you very much. I do remember when trying to get it to work before, if i earthed the wire as you say, it did indeed read full!
