FUKIN CAR..... my car is still hunting like fuk i have removed and cleaned idle control valve fukt with screws checked for air leaks and it is still fukin hunting . before it would not idle under 1200rpm tried to sort that last night and now i got this hunting lark which is annoying to say the least ...can anyone HELP

 

try replacing the idle control valve with another one, if its fucked a clean wont fix it Im having similair problems at the moment ! I unplugged the electrical connector from my idle control valve the other day and the car was seriously hunting from 800 rpm right up to 2000rpm (so I plugged it back in ) Im getting a decent second hand one in the next few days so hopefully it will fix it !

problem with this is if the icv is plugged in or not it doesnt make any difference is that normall?????

 

if the valve is fucked, whether or not its plugged will make no difference at all really. I believe the disc thing inside jams.

 

i have booked the piece of fkin siht into jam sport next saturday so i hope these boys can sort it out , spoke to danny on the phone he seemed like a good chap, has any of u lot had any dealings with them if so what is your verdict on um?? or
