Quick Question guys!

Can a exhaust from say Cat back from a T reg ST24 be fitted to a Mk2 mondeo 1.6 16v Zetec (S reg)? only reason i ask is that the ST exits at the rear from the drivers side, an the Zetec exits from passenger side?

 

The fitting points are the same on all body/engine types, can't say about the fit from cat back though.

is the diameter of the exhaust the same on both? can i use the exhaust from the ST on the 1.6 zetec?

if not, where can i get an exhaust from cat back that will exit on the drivers side an not the passenger side?

 

On the mk1 mondeo the exhaust exit denoted whether the engine was 1.6/1.8 or 2l as tailpipe was on opposite sides so could use the mk1 exhaust possibly, I doubt the ST24 pipe will be the same diameter, places like powerflow dealers can custom make you a exhaust as you want it.
