Do you have an engine set aside? basicaly you need all the bits from a 1.8 escort engine to put onto your 2.0 engine, flywheel, sump, pick up, alternator and water pump set up (all the aux drive stuff needs swapped) inlet manifold, basicaly making a 2 litre escort engine from all the 1.8 bits. You will need a 2 litre air mass meter and ecu, you may struggle to get round the pats imobiliser system though. I wouldnt bother putting on an aftermarket fpr until it is running well and on the road. You will also be looking at a new clutch, timing belt kit, oil and filter change before the engine goes in and posibly new plugs and leads just to be on the safe side. hope this is of assistance.
