Default help please!! s2 turbo problem

hello peeps, where the oil feed attaches to turbo, that bolt has snapped inside the turbo, now ive tried to use an easyout to remove whats left in there, but the easy out has also snapped and is stuck inside it.
any idea how to remove it?impossible? can that part of the turbo be changed?
or is it easier just to get another turbo?
sorry for all the questions.
im now carless,AGAIN,

cheeRS

Can be done, turbo needs coming off the car, and preferably using a pillar drill or mill if you can drilling out after making a jig to centre drill bit over the easy out.
Any decent machine shop should be able to sort it for you.
